one US charm manufacturer with CDE or E in from of the item number
is having their charms made outside the United States.
I have found that items made here in the United States are of higher quality.
The glossy white gift boxes we starting using in
2011 do not have the dark blue color and our name imprinted yet when touched
feels free of harmful chemicals and of a higher quality.
